Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  •  reCharkha's Exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 days from the date of the delivery).
  • Exchanges are only applicable for products manufactured by reCharkha EcoSocial and purchased on www.recharkha.org via direct stores (Pune, India or Mumbai, India) or other social media platforms.
  • Products purchased on other online retailers, or stores are not eligible.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the price tags.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can also quote the order number for the online order.

  • Once we receive your product, we will inspect it. If we find it satisfactory, we will process the exchange.

Refunds:

  • We don't have a direct Refund Policy. Please check RETURNS AND EXCHANGES above. 

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over ₹1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
